Chakana Nuna Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (750ml) Rosso di MontalcinoThe Nuna vineyard (3,150 ft. elevation) in Agrelo is Chakana's first Demeter certified organic vineyard. Nuna means "soul" in Quechua. Aromas of roasted red pepper and sweet red fruit with vanilla, chocolate and spice. Full bodied with very soft tannins. Grapes are carefully chosen and fermented in small lots to preserve the vineyard identity. Alcoholic fermentation for 12 days with indigenous and selected yeasts, at temperatures of 26 and 30 degrees
