The three tiers of square form are raised upon ring turn supports, the lowest tier with a frieze drawer with brass handles, the whole raised upon four ring turned legs terminating in brass castors. The boards are beautifully bound in dyed leather with gilt borders to both the boards and spine

The work is housed in an ornate gesso frame of the correct period which bears some minor losses commensurate with age but remains in a good attractive condition overall
