Maceration took over four months

and for the outright joy of it

𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘹 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘳è𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘳û𝘭é𝘦

then transferred them to Willet 8yr and 9yr barrels for an additional 11 months

Brewed for Anderson's Brewery's 10th Anniversary this thick and luscious Imperial Stout has been aged in Pedro Ximenez and Maple Syrup barrels
