For this expression they have ventured to Israel and some of their finest wineries where they have specially selected Wine casks to allow the Mediterranean Whisky and Israeli Wine to be infused together. The result is a Lighter Whisky which has Deep Wine Flavours come through before touches of Oak and Vanilla develop

Serving suggestions: Superb served simply over Ice

Delicate throughout with plenty of Citrussy notes alongside hints of Oily Juniper and undertones of Spice before a Lemony finish

This release comes from the Bepi Tosolini team which are famous for the Friulian Grappa

established in 1879 near the “Tom Moore Spring”

Islay and the Lowlands combined with Invergordon grain whisky

It is then matured to the peak of perfection

However the great flavour that it produces is no secret

America’s first Whiskey variety

Plenty of Sweet Brown Sugar notes on the forefront with a Creamy Toffee core and the Classic Bushmills Malty goodness running from start to finish

this Gin is packed full of heavy Juniper notes on the forefront with bursts of Spice running throughout with a warming and slightly Citrus finish

Finally once this has all been mixed it is rested for a minimum of three years in American Oak Barrels
