Goutorbe Bouillot Reflets de Rivière Brut Champagne NV (750 ml) Muscat OttonelThe eye is attracted by this delicate, pale golden color, displaying very alive thin bubbles. Fine and fresh, the nose shows delicate white fruit aromas (pear and peach). Fresh, vibrant on the palate, this cuve shows a subtle creamy texture, very refreshing on the finish, with tiny citrus notes.

The vines grow on bridle clay slate near the river - a classic terroir that has been cultivated with vines ever since Roman times

This wine went through malolactic fermentation to preserve a little bit of acidity and allowed for a wonderful creaminess and roundness to suffuse the wine

complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and toasted oak

but will gain further complexity with another 5-7 years aging
