Falanghina Campi Flegrei DOC 2019 Michel DecotteDal colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso si avvertono netti sentori di ananas, pesca, albicocca, ginestra e magnolia. Al palato ampio e equilibrato, con una grande freschezza agrumata e dalla sapidit piacevolmente marina. Affinamento di alcuni mesi in bottiglia.

Solo prima dell’imbottigliamento e dopo un affinamento per 24 mesi in barriques di rovere francese vennero assemblati i vini che poi diedero vita al San Leonardo

fino a 600 metri di altitudine

vengono appassite in cassette

chiude con un bellissimo finale fresco e lunghissimo
