Expedition Rack, JL 2 Door (#20072) Adventure Rack AccessoriesOur JL Expedition Racks are designed to carry your gear wherever the trail may take you. The rack mounts securely to both the front windshield brackets and to the lower body of the Jeep, with no drilling required for installation. The Expedition Rack will hold up to 300 pounds of your gear off road and will hold 600 lbs static weight, perfect for a roof top tent. The Expedition Rack includes enough clearance to remove the Freedom top front sections

Rotopax water can and LOX Pax mount are required and must be purchased separately

All you need to supply is a Rotopax can and a Rotopax LOX mount and we supply the rest

Mounts to the tailgate

Yakima or Thule crossbars are not included in this kit and must be purchased separately

The clamps along the side of the rack are adjustable to accommodate whatever you are mounting to the rack

Our mount will accept the Rotopax 3 gallon or 2 gallon can

All brackets are complete with installation instructions and are powder coated

Please note that two people are required to tilt the rack due to the rack size

Brackets are manufactured from ¼” thick steel and coated with a black powdercoat finish

with a track mount and to the back body of the JK

The top of the Expedition Rack sits 9” above the top of the factory rain gutter

Reduces the wind noise normally associated with empty roof racks
