Tajinaste Blanco Seco 2024 (750ml) Ice WineCitrus, Pineapple, Mineral, Smoke Tajinaste is run by the indefatigable Agustn Garca Farrais. They own three hectares in the Valle de la Orotava, and their oldest vines were planted in 1914. Having trained in Bordeaux, Agustn is a precise winemaker. The Tajinaste Blanco is clean, balanced and intriguing with medium body and medium to high acidity. The fresh and smooth palate conveys flavors of lemon, pineapple, apple, mineral, smoke, and floral notes.
